2006 Salary Survey

The 2006 IMIA Salary Survey initial results are available for the general public. The goal was to document current payment status of the profession in Massachusetts. Interpreter profiles will allow the IMIA to see which factors seem to influence interpreter pay. Initial differences are noted in spoken language interpreter average pay as compared to ASL or legal interpreters. Many IMIA members responded that they are also medical translators.
