On the hotel website, check availability using group/meeting code: 2017IMIA to receive the discounted rates of $129 (single), $129 (double), $139 (triple), and $149 (quad) subject to availability. These discounted rates apply on all nights of the conference June 1 through June 3. In addition, it is applicable three (3) additional nights before and three (3) additional nights after the conference nights subject to availability.
Do I need to pay extra for certain activities?
- Conference workshops/seminars/panel discussions do not require sign-up or extra fee
- Hospital tours and Trainer & ISP reception require sign-up (additional fee as indicated)
- Pre-conference Bootcamps require sign-up (additional fee as indicated)

What is the cancellation policy?
Unfortunately, the IMIA does NOT issue refunds. The registration is transferable. Please emailinfo@imiaweb.org to alert us of any change in registration.
