Who will attend?
Over 500 were in attendance in 2009 from across the US and over 10 countries. Attendees include Spoken Language and ASL Medical Interpreters, Interpreter Trainers, Language Coaches, and Instructors, Hospital Administrators, Risk Management Professionals, Language Access Advocates, Physicians, Nurses, Social Workers, Language Service Providers and more.

Payment:
SPONSORSHIP PAYMENTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY OR BEFORE JUNE 30th, 2010 IN ORDER TO EXHIBIT AT THE CONFERENCE.

An invoice will be generated upon submission of your online Sponsorship Registration form and will be emailed to the organizational contact.   Once payment is received, Exhibitors will be emailed a registration confirmation and may then pick table preferences from the exhibitor map.

Online payment is highly recommended to ensure timely payment and to guarantee your spot at the conference and/or placement of your ad in the Conference booklet.
