Ravi Kumar is the IMIA India Chapter Chair

Serving as a board member and Founder President of Indian Translators Association New Delhi, India

Serving as board member (2008-2011) to Fédération Internationale des Traducteurs (FIT), the world’s apex body of translators and interpreters connecting more than 1,00,000  translators and interpreters across the globe represented by more than 110 translators’ associations coming from 80 countries with its headquarters in Montreal.

Actively involved in Simultaneous and Consecutive Interpretation services in Hindi, English and Spanish for Conference, seminars, business talks and medical emergencies.

Mohammad Afzal Siddiqui is the IMIA India Vice Chair

Mohammad Afzal Siddiqui studied Arabic language and literature from Nadwatul Ulama, Lucknow and joined Aligarh Muslim University for higher education. He has done his graduation in Tourism Studies from IGNOU, India. During his education he started to help the national patients and soon converted into freelance Medical Interpreter. After MA in Arabic, he shifted to Delhi and worked with Delta Group but the turning point was to join Marlin Safe Med Journey “Dedicated to Healthy life and Safe journey”. MSMJ was recognized worldwide with a small span of time and open its first branch out side India in Uzbekistan. Mr. Siddiqui got Award of Excellence in 2010 by ????? ????????? ?????? ????? ?????? (Interpreters Association for Enhancement of Patients Care) as well as awarded IMIA interpreter of year Award in 2013. He is actively involved in simultaneous medical interpretation in Arabic, English, Hindi and Urdu along with promoting the Medical tourism in India.
